Project Description
This project will involve the construction of a stormwater BMP to enhance an existing wetland and improve water quality. Construction will involve grading, berm construction, outlet structure installation, vegetation planting and other task typical to this work.

Notes
- All Construction Documents are located at http://www.townofsparta.org/ under Resources. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to print, complete, and submit original, notarized copies of all required documents.
- All bids shall be submitted to the Town of Sparta no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on Wednesday, October 26, 2011. No bids will be accepted after this time. Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline.
- No Pre-Bid Conference will be held.
- Any questions shall be submitted in writing via email as a Request for Information (RFI) to the Town of Sparta (kdowell@townofsparta.org) no later than Thursday, October 20th at 10:00 AM.
- All bulletins, addenda and/or other written notifications or clarification issued by the designer during the bidding process will be issued via email. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the Town is provided an appropriate email address where the bidder can receive such issuance.
